Scott Kiefer
I moved to Ocala when I was in the 5th grade. I grew up attending Eighth Street Elementary, Osceola Middle, and Forest High School. I obtained my Business Administration degree from Stetson University and joined my dad's agency because I love Ocala. I met and married my wife, Bridget, here and it is where we raised our daughter and son, Avery and Riley. It is important to me that I invest in this community by being a solid business person who provides a good and trustworthy service to clients.

Our family attends First United Methodist Church where Bridget and I have both served in a variety of roles. I served as treasurer of the Vanguard High School band boosters for two years. For nine years I coached my son’s baseball team at Highlands and Babe Ruth team at Rotary.
I have been involved in our Chamber of Commerce and in the business networking group, BNI, where I previously served as the secretary/treasurer. I am a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Marion County. I am a member of NAIFA-Florida (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors), where I served as treasurer for two years. I am a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals. I served in the Ocala Kiwanis Club in many offices, including the president. I am a graduate of Leadership Ocala (Class VIII) because I wanted to know more about Ocala and use that knowledge to help lead others.

My hope is that people will choose to make Ocala their home because it is a caring and connected community. As a business person, I owe it to people to provide personalized services in which they can trust and on which they can rely. I hope to be able to serve you, too.
Riley Kiefer
I was born and raised in Ocala. I graduated from Forest High School before attending the University of Florida, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and my Master’s degree in Operations Management.

While at UF, I met my girlfriend, Meghan, through Gator Wesley, the Methodist Student Union on campus. After graduation, we moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where I began my career as a Data Analyst with Great American Insurance Group. During my time there, I earned my Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, which helped deepen my understanding of the insurance industry. My time on the company side helped me realize that my true passion is working directly with people, which led me back to a client-facing role where I can make a personal impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new places, attending sporting events, and trying new restaurants and breweries. I’m a lifelong Gator fan, and Meghan and I love traveling around the country to follow the Florida Gators and the Tampa Bay Lightning.

I could not be more proud to join my dad at Kiefer Insurance as the third generation of our family business. I'm looking forward to continuing our long-standing commitment to providing personalized service to individuals and businesses throughout the Ocala community.
Heather Kelley
As a lifelong resident of Marion County, I am deeply invested in the growth and well-being of the Ocala community. After graduating from North Marion High School and the College of Central Florida, I built a diverse professional background in retail visual merchandising and educational administration.
In 2023, I joined the team at Kiefer Insurance, where I focus on delivering high-caliber service and a seamless client experience. My goal is to simplify the insurance process while bringing a genuine sense of care and positivity to every interaction.
My commitment to the community extends beyond my professional life with my husband TJ and our children, Wyatt, Emma and her husband, Caden. We are active members of One Life Fellowship, where we serve in various roles to support our church family. Additionally, we participate in numerous community organizations that promote the development of families and support other causes near to our hearts.
We cherish our life here in Ocala and are eager to continue contributing to our community in any way possible.
